  5. 11.0    GENERAL DESCRIPTION

  7.    Used to view the contents of a specific Account, including a
  8.    summary of the Account's Aging according to the system default
  9.    aging periods. Allows the user to scroll through an Account viewing
  10.    the individual transactions on file for that customer which have
  11.    not yet been purged. Eg. Unpaid transactions or transactions which
  12.    are not Old enough to be purged out as a whole yet.

  14.    Account Inquiry is performed by selecting:
  15.                 E. Account Inquiry
  16.    from the Main Program Menu.  Once selected, enter the Customer
  17.    number to be viewed.  Pressing the <F4> key will bring up the
  18.    customer selection window if needed. NOTE - Available only in
  19.    the Registered Version.

  21.    Upon selecting a valid customer Number, the program will read
  22.    the Transaction File to analyze the Aging of the transactions and
  23.    to totalize the Balance Due and compare it with the Balance due
  24.    stored in the customer's Master file.  If there is a difference it
  25.    will also be shown.

  27.    A scrolling window will be opened in the lower part of the
  28.    screen to display any transactions still on file for the
  29.    customer.  If there are NO transactions on file for the
  30.    customer, an error message will be displayed instead.
